My Story
EGO Consulting began as my personal mission - to help people grow, communicate, and lead with purpose.
For more than a decade, I worked in the fast-paced world of media - leading teams, producing stories, and learning how communication can inspire trust, change, and collaboration. Those years taught me that leadership isn’t about hierarchy - it’s about clarity, empathy, and meaningful connection.
After completing my Executive Coaching certification with TranExec and my Diploma in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oxford, I founded EGO Consulting to bring those lessons into the world of modern leadership and learning.
Today, my passion is exploring how artificial intelligence can empower human growth - helping leaders and professionals adapt with curiosity, confidence, and creativity.
Together with a growing network of partners, we guide organizations and individuals to evolve with purpose and lead with impact in a changing world.

My Approach is built on one simple idea: knowledge only matters when it changes how we think, act, and connect.
I combine an academic foundation with real-world experience — blending research from Oxford with over a decade of leadership and communication practice. Each program is designed not as a lecture, but as an experience that moves people from insight to action.
At the heart of my work is the E.G.O. Framework - Explore → Grow → Own.
It helps leaders explore who they are, grow through awareness and experimentation, and own their choices with confidence and integrity.
I also use the Power – Change – Decision Model, which brings clarity to how leaders use influence, navigate uncertainty, and make decisions that inspire trust.
